How do i Develop a Material Requirement Plan (MRP)

Le Petit manufactures men’s shoes for the local retail markets. They have received two orders for men’s shoes, one for 1500 pairs and the other for 2000 pairs. The first order is due for delivery on week 5 and the second on week 10. Each shoe consists of a genuine leather upper, a sole and a heel. The upper consists of a front section and two side sections. These are made by the firm and takes 2 week to produce. The sole and the heel sections are ordered. The lead time for the sole is one week and the heel is two weeks.
