Prepare a information sheet, which could be used by a new/ trainee medical administrative assistant, of tips and suggestions on the best ways to learn how to use and apply unfamiliar medical terminology. The information sheet should contain instructions on how to access appropriate support from dictionaries, policy and procedure documentation and other personnel. Also explain what the new employee should do if they encounter a situation in which they are unsure of the confidentiality requirements governing the situation.
