I have to write a final paper to my management organizational and Behavior class and to identify 2 Competing Organizations, I have chosen a topic for my final paper which is

Final Paper

My research paper will be two competing companies two organizations are competing, selling related products and services, having similar target customers and centralizing a control of an activity Vs an uncontrol activity, eBay VS Amazon are the two largest e-commerce companies and  are two competing “local” organizations.”

But I don’t have any idea how to start it and to address with an in depth analysis all relevant topic to provide information sufficient to discuss the selected organizations
