About 13 pages is good. The OPTION 1 that is also attached is the journal article that I have chosen for the paper which is what is going to be used to write the paper. The article that I have chosen is about Type 2 diabetes. Also in the article, under DIABETES INTERVENTIONS section, MB-EAT for Diabetes (MB-EAT-D) is a variation of the intervention, however there is not much information about the MB-EAT for Diabetes so additional research is needed.
