Part 2 of Health Assessment

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation of your health assessment intended for a specific audience. Some examples include the following:

1. Interprofessional team rounds.
2. An in-service for team members.
3. A meeting of stakeholders to conduct an interprofessional assessment of the selected client population.
4. Another setting.

• Consider the specific characteristics of your target audience to determine the type of information that would be most appropriate and the style of presentation that would be most effective for presenting the information.

Carefully read the following instructions:

• In the notes section of the first slide, describe the characteristics of your target audience.

( no more than 5-7 line per slide)

• In the notes sections of each subsequent slide, explain why you are including the information presented on the slide. Support your information with valid scholarly resources. (no more than 5-7 lines)
• The final slide should be the reference list for the resources you used in your presentation.

All Font Times New Roman 24-32 pt

Additional Requirements

Format: Include a title page and reference page. Use APA style and formatting for the references.

Length: make sure you address the health assessment as completely as possible for your target audience.

References: Cite at least four current scholarly or professional resources (these may be the same from the health assessment paper).

Uses valid, scholarly research resources(previous resources from attached papers can be used as well as self references)  relevant to the field of nursing to support information presented and establishes the credibility of the research.

Writing is coherent, using evidence to support a central idea in a consistently appropriate APA format, with correct grammar, usage, and mechanics as expected of a nursing professional.
