• Briefly explain the “Freedom of Information Act” as it relates to research in health care.
• Identify at least 3 ethical breeches that occurred on the part of the researcher (a) Dr. Pavuluri, (b) the IRB, and (c) the institution (University of Illinois), (total of 9 breeches).  For each ethical breech, explain what should have been done. 
• Briefly discuss the disciplinary actions that were imposed on the University and on the researcher. In your opinion were they reasonable, too harsh or not enough. Provide rational for your answer.
