An example is if you do research, first you pick your topic & how you will gather data. Some do it as quantitative or qualitative method of research or both.

Create an example of your topic means if you are collecting the data by quantitative research, you will use a survey monkey tool to analyze your data.

When you create a scenario, you give an example such as Walmart employees were asked if they are satisfied with their job? Or if your medical/ dental benefits is great or not. You create questions like strongly agree, agree, strongly disagree or disagree.

It’s really up to you to create your own scenario depending what you pick as your topic such as job satisfaction survey. How would you do it?
