1.) This paper needs to be a literature review and I have uploaded the instructions, rubric, and two sample papers to follow for guidance.

I am unsure of the ”academic style” format but just follow the format in the sample papers (I believe one is formatted differently than the other so just choose the format you like between the two). However, the rubric states the paper must be in ”JMPT format in detail, including use of multiple headers where appropriate”. So I believe the sample papers are formatted in the ”JMPT” style that needs to be used. When in doubt, just use the format in one of the two sample papers.

3.) Use the link at the end of the instruction sheet to format the references properly. They need to be in the National Library of Medicine style.

4.) Just put the title I have given as the cover page. (Refer to the sample papers).

5.) This paper needs to written in american english using ”times new roman” as provided in the sample papers. I would prefer a professional writer with knowledge in the medical/health field that can relate to my topic.

6.) Word count must be at least 5,000 words and at least 20 or more references. **This word count must exclude the cover page and references**

7.) I tried to pick a broad topic for you to use a lot of information. Please talk about diet/nutrition, exercise, social factors, (i.e. smoking, tobacco use, alcohol use, etc) and any other relevant lifestyle moidfications you can find that is relevant in the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus.
