Discussion:Global Warming

Refer back to the KWL graphic organizer that you worked on in the warm-up activity of this section. Fill in the last column with the information you have learned about global warming.

Then, using your notes in the graphic organizer and other things you have learned in this section, take a “position stand” on the issue of global warming. Create a discussion board entry to convey your thoughts. State whether or not you agree with the level of U.S. involvement in the Kyoto Protocol, and whether or not you agree with the idea of limiting carbon dioxide emissions. You can take any side you want, but be sure to explain why you feel the way you do.
