Discussion + 30-Minute Fitness Routine for Adults

Please do a discussion post for me first (file that are provided). then do the following.

As we talk earlier we are going to do 30 minutes fitness routine for adults. But now I noticed that it’s a group project. My group have 4 other people. And they decided to separate into 5 parts: Warm Up, Aerobic, Muscular Strength/Endurance, Flexibility or Functional Fitness, Cool Down.

And so we are doing 6 mintues Muscular Strength/Endurance only, yeah!

  1. Age appropriate activities that can be performed with or with out the use of equipment. – ADULTS
  2. You must include a warm-up, main exercise program and cool down. – WE GOT THAT
  3. You must include the name of the exercise, a brief description and the primary area of fitness the exercise targets (aerobic, muscular strength/endurance, flexibility, or functional fitness). – THIS IS WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO.
  4. Be sure to include any and all references. APA format
