Write my Paper on Effort Reward Imbalance

Effort Reward Imbalance

Order Description

Work stress is said negatively impact upon the employer, employee and wider community. The Effort-Reward Imbalance workplace stress model is able to adequately measure
workplace stress and in recent times, even predict coronary episodes. Explain how the model is structured, and what hypotheses it posits and then discuss if its
associated with negative health outcomes e.g, disease and ill health, dysregulated stress physiology, health destructive behaviour.

Starting references:

imbalance model. International Journal of environmental research and public health, 13(4), 432-446.

The aim of this piece is to introduce this stress model and discuss the way it measures occupational stress. Identify if the model has changed over time and report, in
precise and succinct detail how the empirical evidence stacks up when the model is used to predict health outcomes or preclinical biological markers of stress and
ill-health (e.g. Cortisol, immuno indices ect.)

The aim is not merely to summarise the articles you find, but to integrate their content to build your arguments. So dont just list one paper after the other,
summarising their findings. The aim is make sense of the literature for the reader and you can do this by collapsing fields of evidence together or by discussing
contrasting findings from similar studies. Your job is to synthesisr thr available information (meta-analyses, literature reviews, empirical and discussion papers
etc.) and develop an argument for your conclusion. Obviously, the information you gather will primarily lead to your conclusions but you also have some liberty to use
your own intuition (to a lesser extent) to suggest how your view on the associations between ERI and health should be considered. So, you may discuss why your view may
differ from the researchers due to limitations etc. be very careful you adopt this approach however, as remember, these papers have been peer-reviewed by experts in
the area. Essentially, you have a small licence to add to the on-going discussion of the best ways to measure work stress and the often ensuing cases of ill-health.

Contents needed:
1. Introduction of why understanding the links between occupational stress and poor health is important – 200 words
2. Description of ERI model – 300 words
3. Review evidence for the association of ERI with poor health – 500 words
4. Argument justification and conclusions – 100 words
