Presentation Materials

You are asked to develop a presentation that relates to the issue you have selected that will be delivered to the target special population.
Be sure to include the following information in your presentation:

• A highlight of the issue you have selected.
• How you propose to make improvements regarding issue.
• How you will ensure that the target special population will receive on-going care/information regarding issue.

Don’t forget that:

• At minimum a PowerPoint presentation must be developed for your community presentation.
• If an adaptation of presentation materials needs to be made; what can be an alternative?
  • Think about translation of materials or materials for individuals that have a limited education or are not literate.
