After consulting with the manager, you decided to monitor two variables to improve the processes in the small medical office:

• Time it takes since the patient checks-in until the patient checks-out
• Number of patients in the waiting room

Now that you have completed the statistical analysis of the data collected, you have to design the control charts that will be used to monitor the process performance with the two selected variables.

You will use the same initial data collected for these two variables that the manager provided previously.

Your third assignment is to design the appropriate control charts to monitor these two variables. 

Present a report to the manager with the details of the monitoring system you design for these two variables, your conclusions on the current state of the process and recommendations to improve the process.
