IP2 – Outline

Abstract: this deliverable will include a SWOT analysis of (a hospital in GA) while showing the impact of applicable stakeholders on the S,W,O,T. The author will predict both the positive and negative organizational outcomes possible as a result of changes or no changes based on this analysis and will conclude with distinct 5 recommendations for the organization to pursue.

Introduction: A brief repeat of company name and information

SWOT analysis: at least 2-3 elements in each category: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. A table will be beneficial here as you will be able to also include the applicable impactful stakeholders in each quadrant

Positive predictions: Project the likely organizational and operational outcomes that are possible if changes are made based on the SWOT analysis, and provide an explanation of the rationale supporting your projections.

Negative predictions: Predict the future viability of the organization if no changes are made based on the SWOT analysis, and provide an explanation of the rationale supporting your projections.

Recommendations: list 5 strategic recommendations that the organization should consider pursuing to effectively compete in the health care marketplace.
