Unit 3 Assignment

Develop effective teaching plans for patients and/or families, for a chronic condition of your choice (COPD), and its associated drug therapies. This teaching plan should be in the form of a trifold brochure. The brochure should contain the pathophysiology of the disease, manifestations, methods to diagnose (to include lab and diagnostics), pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments, and possible adverse effects of these treatment modalities. A minimum of 4 references including your text is required.
