HW 3 must be hand written and clear. If it is hard to read, it will have zero point.

HW 3 has two parts.

1. (20 points) Derive constitutive equation (governing equation) of standard linear solid model and standard linear fluid model. We did some work for standard linear solid model in class, but your HW must have all works without any skips or jump.

2. (20 points) For standard linear solid model and standard linear fluid mode, derive function of stress (when strain is constant) and strain (when stress is constant) in terms of time t.
