Context:
Managing “change” is often the most difficult part of implementing any project. From the point of just an idea for change, through the workflow analysis, solution design, training and testing, to the actual change itself, individuals often have a hard time accepting change. It is key to understand why change is so difficult so that you can address resistance due to change appropriately with others and yourself to help make new projects successful.
