Cattell and Eysenck

Cattell and Eysenck are two prominent early contributors to the trait theory of personality. In this paper: Discuss the general foundational position of trait theory and compare/contrast Cattell’s and Eysenck’s theories. Examine the assessments derived from each theory and provide an overview and critique of each one. Finally, reflect on and describe how these theories are utilized in your field, including the use of these assessments.
