Bob is a 50 year old man who just had a heart attack. He has smoked for 30 years, and typically drinks 3 beers per night after work. He works as a truck driver, so he does not get much physical activity during the day and admits he does not work out or engage in any physical activity. 

As a health psychologist working with Bob, you need to help him develop a lifestyle change. Using the information provided, and any additional information you would like to add (i.e. family support, ethnicity, family history), discuss Bob’s risk factors leading to the heart attack. Create a plan for Bob to follow (remember week 4-barriers to adherence) to prevent future heart attacks.
