> Bio printing is a new emerging technology that intent at achieving to develop new tissue organs, cells, and eventually microbes. Three-dimensional bio printing of microbes aims to create micro organisms interaction with better predictive value. An array of micro fluidic chamber for on-chip culturing of microbe in static and continues shear free operation mode. The design comprises an in- situ polymerized hydro gel that forms gas a re-agent permeable culture well in a glass chip. Utilizing hydrophilic substrate increases stability by autonomous capillary priming. The thin gel barrier enables efficient oxygen supply and facilitates on chip analysis by chemical access through the gel without introducing a disturbing flew to the culture trapping and suspend microbe inside a gel which allows for simpler fabrication tham conventional trapping devices
