Topic 1: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

This week, there will be a variety of conditions assigned to you by your instructor pertaining to neurologic and mental health conditions. You are expected to present your initial topic including, but not limited to, the following items:

• Pathophysiology of ADHD
• Epidemiology of ADHD
• Physical exam findings of ADHD
• Differential diagnoses and rationale of ADHD
• Management plan of ADHD to include diagnostic testing, medications if applicable, follow-up plans and referrals if needed
