Topic 1.2 Assignment: Interview Preparation

For an assignment in Topic 4, you are required to present the results of an interview with a healthcare professional about the implementation of a new system or computer software in their workplace. The goal of this interview is to learn how this professional approached the implementation, what challenges s/he encountered, and the problem-solving the organization undertook to make the implementation a success.

In the Topic 4 Assignment, you will be required to upload your typed notes from the interview.

For this assignment, submit your interview plans to your instructor. In a Word document, give the name and job title of the person you plan to interview, the date and time, and the mode of the interview (phone, Skype, in-person, etc.).

In the same document, list 5-7 questions you plan to ask during the interview. You may select questions from this l ist of example questions or write your own, but make sure your questions achieve the goal of the interview: to learn how the professional approached the implementation of the new system or computer software, what challenges s/he encountered, and the problem-solving the organization undertook to make the implementation a success.

Rating Scale
10-9	Work meets or exceeds criterion at a high level of competence.
8	Work reflects an understanding of criterion with minor misunderstandings/misconceptions.
7	Criterion partially met, but one or more important concepts/skills are missing or flawed.
6	Work reflects an attempt to meet criterion, but significant misunderstandings/misconceptions are apparent.
5-0	Criterion not met or work is absent.

Criteria
1.	Student submits name and job title of interviewee, time and date of interview, and interview mode.
2.	Student submits a list of 5-7 questions s/he will ask to achieve the goal of the interview.
