As part of your training plan, you have to identify types of users and outline the learning objectives for different user groups. Decide what system functionality each group needs to be trained on and how each group’s training needs will be addressed. List the groups that are being trained (for example, the Nursing staff) and what system functionality each will need to be trained on. Also consider the type of format that would work best for each group (e.g., in-person, computer-based, instructor-led, self-paced, etc).
