A planned parenthood organization has decided to open a clinic in a semi-isolated rural community of 40,000 people in the southeastern part of the US. The local population is conservative, racial and ethnically mixed and has a lower socioeconomic status compared to other clinical locations with the regional origination. When the announcement was publically made, immediate community opposition erupted because of the emotion surrounding elective termination of pregnancies being available at the clinic. Research, analyze and evaluate how the clinic should approach their launch and operations, considering the best practices and the plethora of issues that may arise because of the clinic’s operations. Assuming the clinic is open, what method of evaluation or study can be used to measure the success of the program after 2 years?
