This Assignment will assist you in preparing an annual budget for the project you will propose. An important component when selecting a program, product, or service is to forecast the operating and capital expenses you may need to consider.

Directions

1. Review the Business Plan Assignment due in Unit 9.
2. Using a spreadsheet, create an annual revenue budget and an annual capital expense budget based on your preliminary assumptions and strategies for the Business Plan.
3. The budgets should include personnel, non-personnel, and overhead expenses for one year.
4. Please use your readings, Discussions, and current experiences in the development of the budget.
