You are employed by a local health department as manager of environmental health and safety, and one of your big cities is facing increased outbreaks of foodborne illnesses: 1) Based on the example by Healey and Lesneski (2011), examine the primary and secondary drivers that you would utilize to improve food safety. 2) Analyze how you would evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the improvements you have made to food safety in the city.
