After I choose a topic I need to apply it with the Nursing Services Delivery Theory. The problem I am having is that I do not understand how to apply my topic of central line infections related to procedure adherence. (deviation) the application of identifying inputs, outputs, throughputs, cycles of events & negative feedback has me confused. Any clarification would b great.
