Your outline should be 500-750-words, not including the required APA formatted reference page and cover page.

Use the following as a guide to your research:

1. Affirm your thesis on the approved Personality Psychology topic you have selected. Why is it important?
2. Evaluate relevant and valid research that reflects the ethical standards in the discipline of Personality Psychology.
3. Relate the concept to personality development.
4. Utilize research to validate your ideas and supporting claims.
5. Relate your chosen topic to personality development
6. You must have a well-developed thesis and strong argumentation to support your thesis.
7. Your paper should be steeped in research with little filler or non-supported conclusions.
8. Use of first person is not allowed.
9. Your paper must conform to APA writing standards including the use of APA formatted in-text citations from research and credible sources on the Internet to support your position.
10. Your paper must include 8-10 scholarly sources. Your text, about.com, and Wikipedia are not considered scholarly sources.
