There is not a minimum word count or page length, but if you include all the elements below there should be no problem producing a quality report Now you just need to put it all together.

Introduction – discusses the purpose of the investigation and brief background of the facility and accident.

Methodology – discusses the accident investigation and the techniques used to determine the sequence of events, casual factors and corrective actions.

Sequence of events – this is a chronological sequence of the accident events (a thorough accident description)

Corrective Actions

Conclusions and summary – a summary of the investigation and its outcomes.
