Give a background of the ethnic group (common foods, food meaning, etc.); describe the foods available in the market (starch, protein, vegetable, fruit); what are the core foods; were there any foods available that are “inedible by humans but not by my kind or me”?, was there any acculturation or adaptation observed? Pictures are encouraged. You will be graded on content including references (30 pts), creativity (10 pts), and clarity (10 pts).
